Can I register for the conference online?
Yes, you can register online and only credit card payment is accepted. Please go to the “Registration” tab or click here. All International attendees are eligible for the discounted rate of $365.00.

A registration form is needed for each individual. If registering online, please send by email to sdconference@rchsd.org or fax 858-966-7434 or 8018, the names of all attendees with complete name, mailing address, email address, telephone and fax numbers.

Who do I contact for questions about registration?

Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
Since we are a non-profit, we do not offer scholarships or aid. However, we also offer a discounted rate if you register before December 1, 2011.

Do I need to select which workshops that I want to attend prior to the conference?
Attendees are not required to select their workshops prior to the conference. All sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis.

What hotel accommodations are available?
The Town & Country offers a great rate of $149.00-$169.00, as well as government rate. Please refer to the Travel tab for more information on the Town & Country Resort and Convention Center to make your online reservation.

Do you provide special accommodations?
For disabled participants, please contact the hotel directly for any special needs.

Will there be Internet Access at the conference?
There is complimentary internet access in the Town and Country hotel sleeping rooms and at the internet café in the Exhibit hall. Also, for a fee, the hotel has a business office with internet access.

How can I obtain an Invitation Letter?
Email Registration Coordinator at sdconference@rchsd.org and provide all pertinent information such as to whom the letter should be addressed and your contact details. If you provide an email address, an email version of the invitation will be sent to you electronically. If you require the original with official signature, it can be mailed to you via U.S. Postal System only. Note: International mail is slow so this may take some time. We do not contact any U.S Embassy within your country.

What meals are provided at the conference?
Continental breakfast will be provided Tuesday through Thursday morning. Morning and afternoon breaks with refreshments are provided.

A light jacket is recommended. Dress in layers. Temperatures usually range from the low 50’s to the high 70’s.
